Their song, Lungs, released on May 22, 2024 is a slow melodic tune about struggling to breathe around the person you love. The violins swoon as Ruti belts “you might as well take my lungs away because I can’t breathe around you anyway.” Ruti has put the subject of their song on a pedestal, which causes so much stress that they can’t breathe.
