Forever Blue - OSKA | Review

OSKA hits us with her third single this year, “Forever Blue” , a reminiscent song of a car ride she took during her childhood. A playful and nostalgic song that is perfect for summer road trips. OSKA reminds us to find solace in the little things in life with your favorite people.

OSKA says, “This song is about reflecting on tough situations and realizations, like childhood ending. It’s also about friendship and the beauty of having people in your life who can make you feel at peace by something as simple as listening to music together.”

“Forever Blue” is a beautiful song that reminds me a lot of Lorde and her album Melodrama (one of my favorites). OSKA’s voice is so beautiful and makes you feel instantly captivated by the song. If you’re a fan of indie pop and feeling good “Forever Blue” is a great addition to any summer vibes playlists!

About OSKA:

Growing up in a small village in Lower Austria, OSKA moved to Vienna at 18 to study her first love; music. Born into a family of singers and musicians, she discovered her voice at a young age. In Vienna, she started busking in streets and squares of the capital while also studying pop and jazz singing. She has worked tirelessly drafting and crafting her imminent debut, honing her voice to say exactly what she wants it to. After years in the background supporting and featuring for different artists, OSKA released “Distant Universe” earlier this year, and soon after, signed to Nettwerk.
