Better Man - Egentid | Review

Egentid is a Malmö-based indie folk-pop band formed in 2024. They blend folk and modern pop music in their recently released EP “Sail On”. As new fathers, Egentid found inspiration in balancing family life with artistic pursuits.

“Better Man” was released as a part of the EP “Sail On” on March 28th 2025. The song opens with a beautiful harmonica melody. This song is all storytelling in such a beautiful way. Entranced by the vocals and melancholy-ness of the song it’s bound to reach those who love a somber folk song. The chorus melody is so pretty it’ll get stuck in your head for sure. Also ending the song with the harmonica is just a chef’s kiss!
